Dale discovered the beautiful Rim Country in 1974 while relocating to escape the winters of northern Idaho. He opened the first franchise restaurant in Payson in 1975 and also operated a successful snack food distributorship. In 1991, he decided it was time for a career change and entered the real estate profession.

Dale's interest and ability in dealing with people, in addition to his extensive knowledge of the area has made him a leading professional, committed to giving excellent service to his clients.

He was a Prudential Arrowhead Realty "Realtor of the Year" in 2000 and consistently has received awards as the top listing and selling agent from the company. Dale is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) , a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) .
