Dale discovered the beautiful Rim Country in 1974 while relocating to escape the winters of northern Idaho. He opened the first franchise restaurant in Payson in 1975 and also operated a successful snack food distributorship. In 1991, he decided it was time for a career change and entered the real estate profession.

Dale's interest and ability in dealing with people, in addition to his extensive knowledge of the area has made him a leading professional, committed to giving excellent service to his clients.

He was a Prudential Arrowhead Realty "Realtor of the Year" in 2000 and consistently has received awards as the top listing and selling agent from the company.
